CS Energy Launches Indonesia’s First and Largest Ultra-Fast EV Charging Station

CS Energy, a leading global provider of EV charging infrastructure, has officially launched Indonesia’s first and largest ultra-fast charging station.

Strategically located on Jalan Benda Raya, near Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang, Banten, this milestone marks a significant step in CS Energy’s mission to accelerate the nation’s transition toward clean energy and reduce carbon emissions.

“The opening of Indonesia’s largest ultra-fast charging station demonstrates CS Energy’s dedication to advancing the country’s electric vehicle ecosystem and contributing meaningfully to the development of sustainable energy,” said Morning, Country Manager of CS Energy, in an official statement on Sunday (October 5).

To enhance user convenience, CS Energy also introduced I Green Indonesia, a mobile application that can be downloaded for free.
The app provides real-time information on charging station availability, allowing EV drivers to plan their charging schedule and location more efficiently.

“With the I Green Indonesia app, users can instantly see which stations are available, helping them save time and making the charging process much more convenient,” Morning added.

Bright Prospects for Indonesia’s EV Charging Industry

With the steady rise in electric vehicle sales and strong regulatory support from the government, Indonesia’s EV charging market is projected to experience rapid growth.
CS Energy views Indonesia as one of its key investment markets, offering tremendous potential—particularly in urban areas, industrial zones, and along major transportation routes.

“Given Indonesia’s large population and progressive government policies, we believe demand for charging infrastructure will grow significantly. CS Energy remains committed to expanding our charging network in strategic locations across the country,” Morning emphasized.

Driving Environmental and Economic Impact

CS Energy’s presence in Indonesia not only introduces the fastest EV charging technology in the nation but also delivers tangible benefits across multiple sectors.

From an environmental perspective, ultra-fast charging stations help reduce emissions and support the country’s net-zero target by 2060.

From a consumer standpoint, the technology drastically shortens charging time, offering greater convenience for EV drivers.

Moreover, CS Energy’s continued investment contributes to job creation, fosters innovation in green energy, and strengthens Indonesia’s global competitiveness in the clean energy transition.

With this strategic move, CS Energy positions itself as a trusted partner of the Indonesian government in building sustainable and future-ready energy infrastructure.
